My experience with Newlife IVF Greece has been truly exceptional from beginning to end. Going through IVF can be an emotional and stressful journey, especially while coordinating everything internationally from Montreal, Canada, but the entire Newlife team made me feel supported, reassured, and cared for every step of the way. Dr. Georges was absolutely incredible throughout the process. His professionalism, calm approach, kindness, and expertise gave me so much confidence during such an important chapter of my life. I also want to sincerely thank Petroula the genetics team for their care and support. Even during my embryo transfer, they came to personally see me, which meant so much emotionally and made me feel genuinely cared for as a patient. A very special thank you to Katarina , who was always there for me throughout the entire process. No matter the 9-hour time difference, my emails were always answered quickly and professionally. I never once felt abandoned or forgotten. The communication, organization, warmth, and follow-up exceeded all my expectations. What impressed me the most was how efficient and accessible the clinic was. Appointments, follow-ups, and communication were handled quickly, without long waiting periods, which made the entire process much less stressful. Today, hearing my baby’s heartbeat and seeing my pregnancy progress well feels surreal, and I will always be grateful to Newlife for being part of this journey. We spent nearly 10 years on our journey to becoming parents, going through the heartbreak of two pregnancy losses and one unsuccessful IVF attempt. By the time we chose Newlife Clinic, we truly felt it was our last chance—and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the very first consultation with Dr. Hatzipanteli, we knew we were in the right place. 10 months on from the birth of our incredible daughter, I’m finally leaving a review! I’ve been far too busy getting to know my little wonder, and enjoying life as her mummy over the past year. But the time has come to finally make time to give the staff and clinic the recognition they deserve. Even now, I’m 3 versions into this review, and no words seem enough to express my appreciation and gratitude. I honestly don’t think there will ever be words for how thankful we are and how much their work means to us. For 3 years, we had ‘unexplained infertility’, despite the fact that 2 years prior we’d fallen pregnant with our first child straight away with zero struggles or complications. After many, many lifestyle changes to try and correct our fertility, we were still left unsuccessful with natural conception, so reached out to New Life after much research online and seeing many recommendations. We had the most incredible experience with the New Life team, from start to finish. From the initial consultation, all the way through to our second (and final) transfer, which became our little girl. The service felt like another level, certainly compared to our experiences at home in the UK. Nothing was too much trouble for Ariadni and the team, and she went to great lengths to answer all my questions and concerns (and I had MANY!) quickly and efficiently, always checking in, updating us, following up scans and plans. By the time we flew to Thessaloniki for our egg retrieval, I was excited to finally meet Ariadni and the team after talking so much, and was greeted with a warm hug. The team we’d been speaking to were even better in real life, so kind and caring, really putting me at ease. I never felt like just a number, I always felt like they genuinely cared about my cause and showered me with empathy and compassion. I knew I was in exactly the right place for the best chances. The clinic was great, I can’t fault that either! It was easy to find, very clean, and well set out. We got 6 suitable eggs (which I don’t think is bad for a 38 year old with only 1 ovary!). But this only resulted in 2 embryos, which made our chances very small. Our fresh transfer very sadly didn’t make it, but it all worked out exactly as it should’ve, as our little girl was our second (and final) embryo transfer, which was done as a frozen transfer a few months later. We were kept so well informed along the way, including updates of the embryo development each day, which was super exciting! Chrysa (our embryologist), Dr Anthi (our operation clinician) and Ariadni (our patient coordinator) were absolutely incredible. Their level of service was faultless. Professional, warm, knowledgeable, empathic and so friendly; the 3 of them honestly felt like sunshine! It was another level of service that I’ve never experienced anywhere else. I’m honestly forever grateful and filled with endless appreciation and awe for their skills to bring our precious, perfect daughter into the world. For my second transfer, I went to Thessaloniki on my own, and I think that was only possible as I felt so at ease and safe in the hands of the team. Thank you a million times over. You’ll always have a special place in my heart for what you’ve done for us.

I began my IVF journey in Sweden with a clinic, but the result was zero embryos to freeze. I did my own research and found three different clinics in Europe, and after a video consultation, I ultimately chose NewLife Clinic IVF. I immediately had a good feeling—Dr. Panthelis came across as confident and reassuring. While I was on vacation there in the summer of 2025, I started the process. It was the best decision I have ever made. I was given a completely new protocol with different medications, which resulted in four frozen embryos. After my second transfer, with two embryos transferred, I successfully became pregnant. Dr. Panthelis, the embryologists, and the coordinator Adriani have all been highly professional and have shown a level of care, competence, and treatment that was completely different from my experience in Sweden. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am now in week 14 of my pregnancy and forever grateful. I strongly recommend this clinic.

The experience we had at the clinic in cooperation with Tijana and Dr. Pantelis is priceless. From the very consultation to the whole process, they were there for us. Extremely professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and emails very quickly, even on weekends and in the afternoon. We especially want to emphasize Dr. Aleksanda Dimitrijević, who introduced us to the whole process, was there for us as a true friend, had patience and answered all our questions and still does. Exactly one year ago today, we had our IVF procedure at the clinic. Today, in our arms, we hold the greatest gift, our children Lyubomir and Elitsa. After 11 years of wandering and trying other clinics, the New Life clinic gave meaning to our lives and this year, our family will celebrate the best Christmas! As international patients to Newlife in Greece, we took a leap of faith after a positive recommendation. Everything was professional, from the first virtual consultation, patient coordinator emails to the clinic procedures. As soon as we arrived at the clinic we knew we had made the right decision flying from the UK. The clinic is immaculate and the staff are very caring and have your best interests at heart. After our second cycle, our miracle baby boy was born, we cannot thank Newlife enough.
